National Level

This is the most competitive level for the athlete who has a strong desire to play volleyball in college. The athlete must be fully committed to making volleyball a number one priority over other activities. Members of our national teams will travel 1-2 times per month, including out of state to National Qualifiers, where they will compete against the top teams in the country. The athletes on our national teams must have the desire, athleticism, and skill level required to compete with the strongest college prospects.

Local Level

This level is for the athlete who wants to learn the basic fundamentals of volleyball. These athletes may have an interest in playing on their middle school or high school team and may have some interest in playing in college. Members of our local teams will participate in single day tournaments within the commuting area and there will be no overnight tournaments. These teams are ideal for the multi-sport athlete whose involvement in other sports makes it difficult to commit to a travel schedule.

Regional Level

This is a competitive level designed for the athlete who may also have an interest in playing volleyball in college. The athlete must be willing to make the sacrifices necessary for their progress and that of the team. While not quite as intense as the National level, these teams are still very competitive. Members of our regional teams will travel within the tri-state area to  2-3 overnight tournaments throughout the season. This athlete may be looking to play in smaller colleges whose scholarship requirements are less stringent.

Grassroots Program

Grassroots teams will be offered for the beginner to intermediate volleyball player ages 11 and under. Teams will generally practice once a week. Athletes will receive training in the fundamentals of the game with a strong focus on game situations. The first three practices will be skills and drills only. Beginning on week four, athletes will train in the basic skills the first hour of practice and scrimmage the remainder of the time.
